Shipping:

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment. Delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods.


Tracking:

A tracking number will be emailed regarding the status of your order. Therefore please provide a valid email.


All Sales Are Final:

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

 

Damage & Delivery Issues:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier (USPS) directly for any delivery issues.


Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping info before ordering — including apartment numbers if needed. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses, & we cannot edit shipping details once an order is placed. If your package is returned, a $7 reship fee will apply.
